Quiet and secluded. We are located "up on the hill" in the Skyline Subdivision, and yet only 5 minutes from the Kenai River and Soldotna. If you enjoy seeing wildlife right outside your door, then you will be delighted with our location!!!e enjoy catering to the adventurous traveler who wants to see Alaska on their own terms, and are less inclined to book complete hotel, condo, or tour packages. We provide you with an extensive library of books on Alaska, local hiking maps, best fishing holes, bird guides, wildflower, mammal and animal tracking books. Our vacation rentals are near the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge which is home to over 177 bird species, 30 mammals, and 15 fish species.
