RATES AND TERMS:
LAKEFRONT CHALET 3 bedroom LUXURY HOME ON MUKLUK LAKE 
Our rates for the 3 BEDROOM LAKEFRONT HOME are for up to 4 persons. Each additional person above the first four is $75.00/day. Monthly discounts also available upon request. Daily maid service is not included, but is available at additional cost.
2010 Rates (up to four persons): $275.00 / day
There is an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 for stays of 6 nights or less. The cleaning fee is waived for reservations of 7 nights or more.

RESERVATIONS: There is a 3 day minimum.
DEPOSITS: 50% deposit required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm the Lakefront Vacation Home. Balance of payment due 60 days before arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation with map and receipt with your reservation. Prices above are for payment for cash, check, money order, or charge Cards (Visa and MC). We also accept payment via Paypal.
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds are given if cancellation requests are received 60 days or more prior to arrival, less a $50.00 cancellation fee if we are able to re-rent the home on those same dates. If there is a cancellation less than 60 days and more than 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given, with the balance of refund given upon re-rental of unit.

October 1 - April 31: 159.00/ day or $999.00/ week

RESERVATIONS: From June 15 - August 15, there is a 3 day minimum. We can try to fill spaces for 3 days or less. Call as soon as possible as we are usually full by mid-March.
DEPOSITS: 50% deposit required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm a furnished 2 bedroom apartment suite. Balance of payment due 30 days before arrival. All units must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation with map and receipt with your reservation. Prices above are for payment for cash, check or money order. Charge Cards (Visa and MC) are accepted and are subject to 3% processing fee. We also accept payment via Paypal.
