This is your place to relax when visiting the Kenai Peninsula in Southcentral Alaska.
Our 3 very private vacation rentals are nicely furnished 2 bedroom apartment suites that will sleep 4 and have a kitchen, livingroom, washer/dryer, and an outside BBQ.
Two units (Skyline North, Skyline South) feature outdoor decks and patios, larger kitchens, and a 1 car garage (great for storing your camping and fishing gear!)Quiet and secluded. We are located "up on the hill" in the Skyline Subdivision, and yet only 5 minutes from the Kenai River and Soldotna.
If you enjoy seeing wildlife right outside your door, then you will be delighted with our location!!!
We cater to the adventurous traveler who wants to see Alaska on their own terms, and are less inclined to book complete hotel, condo, or tour packages. We provide you with an extensive library of books on Alaska, local hiking maps, best fishing holes, bird guides, wildflower, mammal and animal tracking books.
Our vacation rentals are near the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge which is home to over 177 bird species, 30 mammals, and 15 fish species.

We use allergy free and biodegradable cleaning products for the health of our guests, and we are involved in recycling efforts, waste reduction, and energy conservation in our community on a year round basis.
